3) Image Privacy & User Control
- Your uploads and generated portraits are private by default and accessible only through your account, unless you choose to share them.

4) Data Retention (Important)
- Original uploaded photo: We delete the original uploaded photo from our servers within 24 hours for privacy and security.
- Generated portraits: Generated images may be stored in your private account gallery (“My Gallery”) so you can access and download them later. You can delete them from your account (or request deletion).
- Account & billing records: We may retain certain records as required for legitimate business purposes (e.g., accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance).
5) Third-Party Services

- OpenAI (image generation processing via API)

OpenAI Processing Notice
When you generate an image, your submitted content (including the uploaded photo and related inputs) is transmitted to OpenAI for processing. This data is subject to OpenAI’s policies. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
