At ArtfyAI.com (“ArtfyAI”, “we”, “us”), we provide digital AI-generation services that involve immediate, non-recoverable computational costs (GPU processing and third-party API fees). This Refund Policy explains when refunds are not available and the limited exception for verified technical failures.
1) Digital Services & Used Credits (No Refunds)
Due to the nature of digital services and the immediate costs incurred once an AI generation is initiated, all used credits are final.
Once a user starts an image generation (portrait) request, the associated credits are consumed and non-refundable.
2) Subscription Cancellations (No Prorated Refunds)
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
Your subscription access remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, but no partial or prorated refunds will be issued for unused days or remaining time in the cycle.
3) Technical Issues (Credits Deducted, No Output Delivered)
If a verified technical error occurs where credits are deducted but no generated image is delivered, please contact us at support@artfyai.com within 7 days of the incident.
After verification (such as system logs and processing records), we will restore the affected credits to your account or provide an equivalent credit adjustment.
4) Acceptance
By purchasing any plan, subscription, or credit pack on ArtfyAI.com, you agree to this Refund Policy, except where required by applicable law.
