🔐 Are my images safe and private?
Yes. We take privacy seriously:
- Your original uploaded photo is processed securely and deleted within 24 hours.
- Your generated portraits are saved in your private My Gallery so you can download them anytime.
- We do not use your photos or generated portraits for marketing without your explicit consent.
🗑️ Can I delete my generated portraits?
Yes. You can delete your generated images from My Gallery (or contact support if you need help).
💼 Can I use the images commercially?
Yes — commercial use depends on your plan:
- Pro, Ultimate, and Studio Pro include a commercial license for generated portraits.
- Basic Pack is for personal use only (non-commercial).

👤 Do I need to create an account?

💳 Do you offer refunds?
Because AI generations involve immediate processing costs, used credits are non-refundable.
If credits are deducted but no output is delivered due to a technical error, contact support@artfyai.com within 7 days and we will verify and restore credits.
